Dear Darren,

I wanted to write to you personally to compliment your team for the excellent job of replacing the roof at our place. Also the people I spoke to at the front office were very helpful and patient with my requests.

I particularly want to acknowledge Rob. From the moment we met Rob, my wife and I were very impressed with his knowledge, his honesty and his down to earth demeanour. 

Here was a man I knew I could trust and he did not let me down at any stage. So obliging and patient through out the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for Rob.

 Saturday week back Roof Torque fitted our new skylight. That night it rained fairly heavily and the skylight leaked in to the family area. I texted Rob that night re the problem. 

He was here early Sunday morning to climb up on the roof and tarp the area until Roof Torque returned on the Monday.I don't know too many people who would come out on a Sunday morning and do that for a customer but Rob did. We were ever so grateful and thanked him profusely. You are very lucky to have someone like Rob on your team  Darren. He's a credit to your company.  Darren, I'm hopeful you will pass on the above for Rob to read.
